Michael C. Van is a Las Vegas-based attorney and is a managing partner at VC2 Law. Mr. Van’s law practice is both a transactional and civil litigation practice primarily operating in the fields of real estate, commercialization, corporate litigation, construction law and estate planning. However, he has extensive knowledge and experience in contract legality, bodily injury, and landlord and tenant issues.

 

In general, his construction practice as an attorney involves contract negotiation, payment disputes, lien notices, collections, foreclosure actions, construction and design defect claims, contract claims and many other construction related issues.

 

Mr. Van graduated with his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Whittier College School of Law. Mr. Van is a member of the Nevada and Utah bar associations and practices in both state and federal courts. He has served as a member of the Justice of the Peace Pro Tempore Panel.
