What's Special About
Pre-K at Capstone Christian Academy?
In prekindergarten at Capstone, students experience the joys of preschool combined while reaching important academic milestones. At our Las Vegas private Pre-K, students learn their letters and sounds, begin forming reading skills, learn to count to 100, and learn to write using proper grip and posture. Our prekindergarten methods are child-centered and play-based, and our goal is to imitate real-world environments.
Preschool
For 2.5 to 3-year-olds. A program designed to give you complete confidence in every aspect of your child’s experience.
Pre-Kindergarten
For 4-year-olds. The year before kindergarten is an important stage, and we want your child to enjoy it while building the right skills for the steps ahead.
Transitional Kindergarten
For 5-year-olds who are waiting to start kindergarten. Capstone has created a student-centered and individualized approach designed to make sure they are ready.

The Pre-K Learning Experience
Pre-kindergarten is an exciting time for children and parents alike. It's when students are starting to make the connections between letters and words. Our preschool teachers meet each child where they are in this learning process and support them individually in overcoming learning hurdles.
Of course, there is still plenty of time for play in pre-kindergarten. Play-based learning helps stimulate a child's imagination. Math becomes herding sheep in the meadow. Science becomes baking cookies for Grandma. Playing sports develops gross motor skills.
With educational goals guiding from the background, we make learning through play a fun and rewarding experience. Your kids will love coming to school!
